Examples of Comments Received from Families

What families like:

“They come to my house and work with us and show us games and strategies to keep up and follow through. We have been blessed with equipment for use in the home.”

“Our EI therapist and service coordinator try to find the best methods and services to meet the specific needs of our child. They are wonderful about listening to our concerns.”

“I love that the services are affordable and high quality. The service providers are all so nice and respectful, not to mention well trained.”

“We have enjoyed the help and concern of all the therapists. I am sorry that my son will be aging out of the program. He has done so well despite his many boats of illness. That speaks to the impact your therapists make when he is in therapy.”

Recommended improvements:

“Improve your phone system, hard to get a live person sometimes. No waiting for services. Website would be nice maybe a chat room to stay connected with families who have special needs children.”

“The only thing I would improve on is to hire more personnel in all areas of this company.”

“More phone service and/or e-mail box. There have been times I need and never get a real person. However, if we had an e-mail access to our specialist that would be great.”

“A monthly schedule with our time and dates of service.”

“Reminder calls of appointments.”
