Respite is a flexible family support service that provides, short term, temporary care for persons with disabilities. We arrange for a screened and trained respite provider to care for your family member while the rest of the family has a break from providing this care. Respite services are usually provided at the family's home or at the respite provider's home.

Each family chooses their own provider from our list of approved providers, or they may know someone who is interested in becoming a respite provider. Contact our Respite program if you are interested in learning more about this service or want to work as a respite care giver.
